   The beautiful palm tree sceneries and the delicious authentic Thai cuisine have made each trip to Thailand unforgettable. We enjoyed our stay in Thailand so much that we came up with the concept of creating our own Thailand getaway in Canada. Just image, local Thailand spices mixed with the distinctive spicy taste of Thai food, giving you a hot and warm feeling, especially on a cold winter day. The aroma from BBQ and shish-kebob with a Thai cold drink reminds people of the cool ocean breeze on a hot summer day. The curry with roti can easily make people oblivious over any snow ridden day. The sour and spicy taste of lemongrass seafood soup helps make the long and shivering Toronto winter so much more tolerable.

   Our dream of an authentic Thai restaurant with a tropical vacation theme in Canada was realised in the winter of 2004 - the Stars of Thai Cuisine. It is our intention to make our restaurant a guiding star in Thai cuisine, bringing you not only authentic Thai food, but also, the sensation of a warm and relaxing environment.
